Shipping Policy
At Village People Coffee Roasters, we aim to deliver your coffee as freshly and quickly as possible. All orders are processed on Tuesdays and shipped via Canada Post Parcel Services. Canada Post Parcel shipping times are as follows:
Delivery Time Breakdown
Local (within a city/town): 1 to 2 business days
Regional (same province or region): 1 to 4 business days
National (cross-country): 2 to 8 business days
Northern/Remote areas: 6 to 14 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is paramount at Village People Coffee Roasters. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You may return any unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products due to health and safety concerns. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately for a swift resolution.
